Communication is key. A good leader listens and cares about everyone's wants and needs. In my opinion a good leader should be respectful and understanding. Through TIG I can participate in forums and make friends with youths all over the world. My TIG may even cause a lasting relationship as a single man (hah). I hope to benefit more if I continue to maintain my TIG and I never wish to extinguish my membership.
